Hi, I'm Marika
I'm a BACP-accredited neurodivergent (AuDHD) counsellor and supervisor with over eight years' experience supporting adults through life's challenges.
I don't believe people need fixing.
I offer a space where you can explore what's happening for you, understand yourself more deeply, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
